Doesn't matter, you can either cut the ear off the back and run 2 hold down bolts or swap manifold/pedestal.

Seen it done both ways, we all know truck come throught the doors with missing hold down bolts all the time, shouldn't cause any issue.

I know it can be done, and it works the same! Just saying thats why he posted it was for a later year model 6.0! :toast:
