Rear bumper interchangeability

I just got a new 6.7 for the boss man to haul his slide on camper. We had the shim the camper up and back to clear the sides of the rear bumper where they flair up. I would like to get the thing shifted forward and down, are there bumpers off other years of trucks that are a direct bolt on that don't step up on the ends?

We went up 1 stall mat, about an inch to clear the antenna on the cab. We ended up needing to pick it up 2" more and pushing it 3" back with 2x4's to get the bumper to clear.

That's what I would have thought, the high volume dealer that helped me install the camper didn't have any other solutions. I called my truck accessories guy, he has a few laying around I can measure. The way the tail light and rear fender are it wouldn't look right to not have the bumper lift up on the sides so I am loosing optimism on finding an OE bumper to swap in.
