What do I need to mount both shocks on the back side of the rear axle can the bracket on the frame be drilled out and moved?

The right side upper and obviously the lower are different between the 2004 and 2005 separation of the trucks (coil vs leaf front).

The trucks that already have the right rear shock behind the axle use a different upper mount than what you have as well as a different mount on the axle.

You may be able to drill and reuse your current mount though.

Why do you want it behind the rear axle?

Two inch reservoir shocks?

How do you like the shocks so far?

What were your previous shocks?

You can drill it out and move it , fits fine. While your are at it go ahead and weld on some store bought shock mounts so the ends of the shocks don't hang down past the tubes any more .
