Rear view

How do I remove the middle headrest on the back seat to increase my rear view?

The headrest has two shafts coming up from the seat. On each shaft, there is a plastic collar at the top of the seat. On each collar, there is a button on the side that needs to be pressed to release the shaft and then the headrest comes straight up. Almost takes three hands.
