Like the title. Looking to get an engine rebuild manual. Is it better to get it from Ford or International? Are they the same for all years?

I would probably get the Ford manual for your particular year (you can get them from Helm Inc). In 94, the Engines are covered in the 3-volume Shop Manual set. One of those volumes is the 7.3L DI Diesel Supplement (Powerstroke). Subsequent years had the Powerstroke information incorporated with the rest of the other engines in the Powertrain/Drivetrain volume of the Shop Manual set. Cheers!
