I'm sorry I dont know the specifics of his truck but what does that equate to for horse power?? Those are both LIGHTNING FAST times. That's awesome. Great to hear his setup worked great. Hopefully there is a video too... oke:

I forgot how much Shawn said it weighs, but estimating it being 6000lbs and going off of the 10.3 time....puts it at 900hp at the wheels. But i heard that you shouldn't go by the time...you should go by the trap speed instead to be more accurate. I'm sure Shawn will chime in. And i'm sure the truck still needs to be dialed in a little bit. All in all, a very very respecable time for the first time out. congrats Shawn!!!

Correction, just checked out facebook...the truck ran [email protected] and Shawn only used half the spray. There is definitly a 9 second in this truck for sure. So going off the 133.5 trap speed...that would put it at 968hp on half the spray. Definitly has well over 1000hp on tap.

It was only a 1.6 sixty foot too. Once he gets it dialed in it'll be easy 9's.
