I would in all honesty just send your pump back to stealth.
It's got a lifetime warranty no??
I'm sure if you voice your concerns he might just swap you a new one seeing as yours is kinda a lemon.
There are lots of very happy people out there running that pump without issues. I'm one of them. Save your money and just fix it right.

Get your hands on one of the large billet Stealth pumps and be done with it.

Bosch on the fuel pump, check Ebay I got one for $100. Make sure it's the real deal and not a knockoff.

knock on wood, but i havent had one bit of problems with my fuel lab. What was causing the failures on your pumps? too small of pick up tube, no pre pump strainer or other failure? I know when i got mine they said that if the inlet was restricted or if any debris got sucked into the pump it would cause it to fail. I also have never ran mine on the high speed since the low speed has been plenty.

as for the hpop im thinking about getting a billet. I travel 6 hours away to my ranch alot during the year and i would Be SOL if something happend down there San antonio is four hours away and houston is 7

ANY modded pump or for that matter a stocker can and will fail at some point. Call and talk to Gary or your dealer.
