Play around with the link I posted in this thread. It's super helpful for fine tuning wheel fitment.

Use the backspace number for a 10" zero offset wheel as a baseline and you can see how much more or less clearance you'll have with other sizes and offsets.
I've been doing that until I'm blue in the face lol. This is what made me think I could get away with the +12 offset. Using your example earlier in the thread that a 305/45R22 on a 22x10 wheel with a +0 offset will clear on all four corners...
