i suggested seating the coils at the start and dont see where you say you did it. mine had the same noise and seating the coils fixed it

have you had someone steer the truck while stopped so you can look at everything and see if something is noticeably loose or has play in it?

Check everything. It could be likely that there is a problem with something that was already on the truck, not part of the lift. Just an idea but doesn't hurt to check

Still tracking it down. Seems like it pops less, but I'd still like to find it! Also. With the windows down when you hit little bumps like patches in asphalt, you can hear a rattle like something is loose. Anyone have that problem before either?

Does that lift use a trac bar drop or new trac bar?

Reason I ask because I had the 3" RCX for a few months. Had that same popping and could feel it under my feet. Installed a 2.5" Carli stuff and only thing that was different between the kits was a new trac bar. No more noises for me now.

I just went back to page 1 and read your original comments. Exactly same way I'd describe my issues. I'd say get an adjustable trac bar and get rid of that drop bracket. Either that or unless it's somehow related to the radius arm drop because I no longer have that now.
