Anyone note what the fuel temps are when this happens?

Mine does it at 120 degrees fuel temp. If I unhook the fuel temp sensor then it goes away...

Someone with a stock fuel system should try this. I think its something in the software

Dunno I always use my dash daq

Next time someone has the issue pull over and unhook the temp sensor from the fuel bowl and see if it stops ... and then let me know lol

I drove to SDX last year on the street tune and not one issue. Its just the 2 higher tunes.

It does not matter on mine what the fuel temps are.

Did you notice a difference in power or if that older ford flash fueled harder than the newer ford flash? I know it is supposed too but could you notice a difference?

No Im sure the difference will be more or less at WOT, it does seem a little more pedal sensative on the higher tunes.

Mine shuddered BAD with the IDP tunes; all of them. Never did when it was stock...

Told Matt/Gearhead about it before buying his tunes and he told me it wouldn't be a problem...and it hasn't! The FRP fluctuation is completely gone.

I may have to try Matts tunes out if it cures the surging.
