Did you have him make the kit to accommodate an intercooler? There had been some previous discussion about whether or not his kit would clear some of the common intercoolers.

As far as the PMF front RSK set up clearing an intercooler this has been well checked out.
The crossbar is a the bottom of the bumper, the top of the bar is even with the core support bottom. Is well reported to clear a 6.0 cooler. I'm running a 7.3 intercooler and it looks good so far. Not far enough along to prove it personally yet.
The one thing on PMF RSK is 2 3/4 bolts need to be replaced by 2 1/2 holes per side on the inside of the frame rail. New holes need to be drilled. I solved this by countersinking the 2 3/4 bolts and the 2 5/8 bolts that come close to the I/C tanks.. Not necessary but cleaner that way.

I was thinking of the HyperMax TaperCore that sticks down lower than the Banks, Ford or regular HyperMax. Don't laugh, I have one in the crate.
