As far as the PMF front RSK set up clearing an intercooler this has been well checked out.
The crossbar is a the bottom of the bumper, the top of the bar is even with the core support bottom. Is well reported to clear a 6.0 cooler. I'm running a 7.3 intercooler and it looks good so far. Not far enough along to prove it personally yet.
The one thing on PMF RSK is 2 3/4 bolts need to be replaced by 2 1/2 holes per side on the inside of the frame rail. New holes need to be drilled. I solved this by countersinking the 2 3/4 bolts and the 2 5/8 bolts that come close to the I/C tanks.. Not necessary but cleaner that way.
