450 axle is not a direct swap, leaf spring issues vs calipers, different pinion to driveshaft connection, different gears, etc....
Going to be too much to mess with for only getting the brake upgrade. Putting adapters on rear to run the 19.5" wheels and putting brand new rear Calipers, Pads, Rotors and seals all in rear.
On the front I'm putting in new ball joints, 450 spindles, 450 Calipers/Rotors/Pads, 350 hubs, 450 adapters, 19.5" wheels.
The The ball joints from F350 4x4 - F450 2x4 or 4x4 are the same.
The F450 2wd and 4wd spindles are the same
The F350 4wd hubs are the same as the F450 hubs
The F350 4wd and F450 4wd steering components are the same
