s366 with 160/80's

hey guys looking for some input. i have been searching didn't really find much info on it. Is a s366 turbo a good match with 160/80 injectors. I currently have the injectors. every thing to do fuel system, intercooler, and make my own upipes and t4 mount. I plan on doing comp cams 910's as well. Looking for a 400+ hp truck.

any one running this setup?

Headstuds are always a good idea IMO. With over 300k miles on your truck I would be checking the compression numbers on it before going much further to make sure you have something worth putting money into....that's just me though.

If you have the funds I would do them. Extra insurance and your gonna have a better seasoned gasket vs a new one if it blows.

compressions numbers are 350 across the board. any one run this trubo setup with stage 2's. I checked thoose before i wasted time on the stage 2's.

I've seen these turbos run with stock injectors on up to 250s. It spools fine even with the stock injectors and would be great with your stage 2s.

i'm currently running that combo. can easily hit 45lbs so you have to be careful. still get around 17-18 mpg. tows perfectly and and lights charger quickly

thanks for the input everyone i'm glad to see its a good towing setup. my stock charger is pegging my 35 psi boost gauge and I am playing with fire lol

Wasted time with stage II's? Elaborate.

Think he means he checked the compression before he installed the stage 2s. So he knew he had a good starting point and not wasting time

I made 466hp on stage 2s with the s366 loved it all the way till I popped a gasket..... But I wasn't easy on the truck
