Anyone know how to generate a second gear start via MCC?

Should be able to just set the 1-2 shift speed to zero and the 2-1 shift speed to zero. It worked like that on my 6.7 anyway.

I gave that a try. Soon as I roll the tires the truck will shift into second, but the moment I stop it goes back to first.
