I have the 3912 which is the same weight and length as the 4012 just a different floor plan.
Now you can have a lifted truck with these. You can move the axle down about 3-4" with the shackles that are on the trailer. I had an 04 F350 with a 6" lift and 35's with room to spare on the hitch and a bunch of bed clearance. Now a 9" is most likely pushing it depending on what places you want to go. I could walk under the nose of the trailer and I am 5-10 - 5-11 with my work boots on when it was on my 04. Mine is now on the top holes of the shackles putting the trailer the lowest it can go with the 450 and I have tons of bed clearance. Actually I am still a little nose heavy while towing. Just FYI to everyone, these things are monsters. The only thing I would suggest is get a hitch that will give side to side along with front to back. You will have a lot of torque at the hitch and pin if you dont with as much pin weight these things have when loaded up for the end of the world. CCorbin has posted what his weights were in a previous thread. I love the Cyclones, they are nice trailers.

Ahhhh, Yeah, that is up there a bit.... LOL

And you def dont wanna tow anything this heavy with a rig that tall either.... 3,700 pounds max Hitch Weight.....

The weight doesn't bother me, I have grossed 27k before with no problems.

Grossing that much, isn't what I would worry about with this rig. It is axle weight. TBSIMMONS educated me on that a while back. The rear axle in our rigs is only rated to 6,300 pounds. With my rig having 3,700 pounds of hitch weight, our axles are already over their limit. I re arranged mine to have 3,200 pounds, almost fully loaded, and was right at the max weight rating. But, it rode like crap, being rear heavy....

where is the trailer located?

also can you pm me your contact info for the ad? I can either post your info in the ad or not, all up to you, maybe just an email.

also, you headed out to cali/az etc anytime soon, just in case logistically its not doable for someone in california, arizona, etc.

also, if you can post some interior pics of kitchen, bedroom bathroom etc. that will help me out, and the rear door opening dimensions also

thanks

ps, its listed, just need those other pics, let me know when it sells and I will update.
