Shaved tailgates

Anyone running one? Looking at doin one on mine shaving the emblems and flipping the handle to the inside on my 05. Looking for pics.

Yes. Built my own filler panels and welded them in. I haven't bought a kit to put the handle on the inside yet though. I dont haul anything anyways so that's been low on the priority list.

Did you consider smoothin over the line across the bottom too?

Mine has the line on the bottom shaved. That line lines up with nothing. So dumb

I think it would have made the top of the tailgate too plain since there is no upper body line.

Looks sweet^ how are you guys mounting the handle for the 99-07 handles since they have a radius to them? Making a bracket? Probly overthinking it...
