Shock Porn - Kings landed today

I ordered the King OEM series a friggin month ago, after chewing on King for two weeks, they landed at my doorstep this evening.

I opened em up and took a few pics down and dirty. These shocks are no joke. I ordered the adjustable pin top fronts, with remote resi's and the rears, adjustable with remote resi's as well.

I'm hoping to install tomorrow, keeping track as I go.

Fronts are adjustable pin tops, with remotes mounted. Heavy monkeys, fo sho.

From the King site, I assumed the rears were piggyback adjustables, but apparently they are not.

I think I can get em on in the am, if not, tomorrow night. Turkey Day and all.

This is an all around truck, highway, ranch work (off road), ****ty South Texas roads, etc.

There are the OEM performance series, for the stock suspension. I"ll level it, but thats all I'm interested in doing. Hard to load a ton (literally) of stuff with a big lift.

I didn't mention that each shock is tuned to a specific side (all are marked "driver" or "passenger" on the tags). The adjustments is for compression. I'm anxious to find out how they ride.

I had FabTech on my 09, and I loved em. I couldn't find em anymore, so I opted for these.

Hurry up and install them, they look sick!!!!!!! I just threw some 22.5" alcoas on my 2011 dually and am hoping these will help with the stiff ass tires. What dealer did you use to buy them or did you go direct? Thanks

it definitely is nice to have a friends shop right down the street from king as well as having a friend work there. top notch and always worth the price tag.
