Wait till you try Kings or any 2.5in shock for that matter. Glad you like the Fox’s!

And they’re body down BTW.

I'm ready to get rid of the factory Rancho's on my 2017. Had the Fox 2.0 resi's on my 2008 and was thinking of going the King route on this truck. I've heard nothing but good reviews on Kings with custom valving. Stock suspension components and tires (20") with 2" spacers in the rear, airbags and a Hellwig sway bar. I basically do no off-roading and will be 70/30 for DD and towing my 5th wheel. I'm looking to soften up the ride characteristics without relying on lowering tire pressures for that. Would the Kings be an overkill for my application and I should I be looking at something else?

Only difference I know about is the lower shock bolt is slightly bigger. Worse case you get a slightly small bolt either from a store or Ford for a earlier year.

king used to come with the extra bushings but then they updated the part # so the 17 rear has their own # . kings are by far the best.
