Looks good online! I'd love to build a similar setup, even with a 38r, just can't justify the time on a setup that's working, lol. When a new block goes in, maybe.
If your worried about gaps, use some blueing to check for contact.

Even did some gas welding on the down pipe. LOL

Had to down size it to my smaller pipe.

Good stuff. I learned to torch weld first but haven't done it in a while. Need to revisit it.

Did he bevel the but welds as the beads look pretty flat.

Around the bolt holes, no. Had enough space to get weld in.
