Well if money allows I'm going to pull heads off and put a set of MPD heads on it with studs.
Well after talking to my shop that did my injectors I think I'm going to forgo up pipes and a turbo for a while. It's just not a good idea right now. Instead I'm going to have him do his full bullet proof. New fire ringed heads, gaskets and studs. Engine tear down and bottom end checked. Deck and heads matched and all new seals. My only other thing I have to decide about is since the injectors are getting sent out to get flow tested should I upgrade them too 190/100 or leave them at 155/30? My honest end goal is a fun 550+ truck. So I'm thinking I'll need to just upgrade them. Once done it will have stock turbo for a while so can I have tunes setup to pull fuel so it's not super smokey?
With heads off, can you just pull lifter out and drop new in? Stock replacement or is there a preferable aftermarket brand?I'd put a set of lifters in it if the heads are off.

Don't you have to remove the branch tube to get the rear 4 cylinder lifters out? I could be wrong.
Do you have to remove the hub on back of crankshaft that Ford says not to remove in order to remove rear cover?Yep, rear cover has to come off. Not nearly as easy as a 6.4.
