Good deal man. Studs are great insurance if they're done correctly. Sounds like a nice project. Good luck with everything

Yea I'm thinking it will be fun. Wish I could go bigger on injectors but I doubt it. Be lucky if I get heads.

Well after talking to my shop that did my injectors I think I'm going to forgo up pipes and a turbo for a while. It's just not a good idea right now. Instead I'm going to have him do his full bullet proof. New fire ringed heads, gaskets and studs. Engine tear down and bottom end checked. Deck and heads matched and all new seals. My only other thing I have to decide about is since the injectors are getting sent out to get flow tested should I upgrade them too 190/100 or leave them at 155/30? My honest end goal is a fun 550+ truck. So I'm thinking I'll need to just upgrade them. Once done it will have stock turbo for a while so can I have tunes setup to pull fuel so it's not super smokey?

I hope you mean o-rings, not fire rings? You're going to pay them to tear down the bottom end just to check it? And you're going to upgrade injectors but not the turbo? hmmm....
