Someone got a heck of a deal on a 6.7 Ex

I'm not seeing it and I think I have a pretty good eye. I can see where they have prepped for fishplating the frame. They show things sent off to a painter, so it's not even 'their' paint.

Don't see what I'm missing. Darn instagram won't let me copy pics. grr
