Sound Deadening Panels

These are the sound deadening panels that install under the dash on both sides (above the drivers and front passengers feet). They come factory on Excursions, us truck guys have to pay extra to have them. They were purchased as part of my sound deadening project on my last dually and never installed. They are brand new, still in their boxes. These panels list for about $160 from Ford, will take $100 cash for them.

I'm positive that these will fit 99-07 trucks, I do not know if they will fit later models.

Does this have any mounting pins/bolts/hardware? If so, which fasteners are included? Either way, would it require any degree of customized mounting pieces/methods to make it fit a 99-03 superduty?
