When to return to stock and now truck won't start any help ??

Did the file load successfully? Are the sensors for the exhaust hooked backed up?

No it didn't it lost communication and now the pats light is flashing. It will not turn over with key but I can get it to turn over if I put 12v on the brown and green male side wire beside the passenger side battery I'm guessing its the pcm. Also there are no files what so ever in the dash daq
