The rear bearings exploded on my buddies 09 dually when to remove the spindle nut on the rear axle and it's welded itself on tried some heat and the a breaker bar with pipe ended up rounding out the nut so my question is how do we get this off without screwing up the threads can we cut it out or what is needed

There is a special tool required for the rear spindle nut. It's hard to explain. Looks like a metal tube with four "teeth" that fit into the grooves of the spindle itself. Then you press in, and loosen.
