starters?

What is the go to place to get a starter? Who do you guys use. Saw the one on BPD for $163 is it worth a sh!t? I cant bring myself to pay the $500 from the stealership. :fustrate:

Just go to a parts store and get the new(not re-manufactured) lifetime warranty one...

I have them rebuilt. Cause all ones from autozone and them places are junk.

There is a place called powerhouse in Windsor Ontario. They built a starter on the truck I worked on on Saturday and that thing rolls over at like 500 rpm. It's insane.

neither auto zone or oriellys have a NEW lifetime warrante starter. all they have is remans or new motorcraft, and their proud of those.
