Good news! I unplugged the icp and it fired right up! So i will be replacing that soon.
Im relieved it wasnt something i muffed up. 😬😆

Thanks very much to everyone who chimed in, and to 79jasper for suggesting that.

Good deal on finding it. I probably need to buy an ICP sensor soon myself.

Lol i could rule that out for me cause i took mine out cause the solders broke that held the element to the disc. 😨😵😳
Meh im in Florida..... The fuel is always warm haha

Not like it would really help anyways. Maybe if you left the key on for awhile before the first start.
After that the hot return fuel should be enough to keep it going.

I never had any issues with start up before this week, but looks like we found the culprit.

Good to hear.

No clue what good the fuel heater does, I know people that live in cold places that have had the fuel heater unplugged for years and can't tell the difference. Personally, I think Ford put it in there for an easy way for their techs to make a few bucks.

I ordered a new icp and a ipr pigtail from riffraff diesel the other day. It should be showing up Monday or Tuesday. I decided to spend a few dollars and get a good icp sensor (145 i believe) instead of going cheap off ebay and being right back in the same boat.

I made that mistake. Paid $100 for one from dcp, thing was spewing oil within a week.

I bought a cheap ICP. And had the truck die all the time. It was intermediate and made for a fun time....

Buy only ford like you did!
