Started my Pyro probe mount at 7:30 am this morning, and was done, cleaned up, sitting here, drinking coffee again at 8:15 am.

I put this off for 3 years because I thought it would be complicated! :fustrate:

Headed to town for some sawzall blades to chop the pancake and install my 3 year old brand new but starting to rust DP that I never had time for.

Every time I finish another regular maintainance project on this truck now I wish someone would just PUNCH ME IN THE FACE! Damn you procrastonation!!!!!!

Got distracted by change in career and another project which will be sold to finance the resurrection of this one.

Hoping to start the D60 install this weekend.

The green colored tube is to be secured to the axle via a 1/2 piece of pipe. Then the coil pedestal will get bolted to the top of the green tube. The shock mount will be cut off and welded to the new radius arm. The RA mount will be moved down the frame and the radius arms will be about 4' long.

The springs can be mounted with or without the base cup and still be used with the anti-sway bar. This will reslult in the same lift the F350 had stock with cup. If I get time tomorrow after work I'll finish weld everything and get it ready for paint. When that's done I'll be ready to get the front end yanked out of the 2wd and do the swap in a day hopefully.

If you are still going to go the radius arm route you need to change your design a little bit..... you need some sort of bushing for flex at the axle end.... otherwise you've just built yourself a very rigid swing arm at the front of your truck.... I assume you know this, but others might not.
