So here goes.. today i got home and found low and behold my new ts chip with gearheads tunes on it had arrived at my house. so all excited to try new tunes i decided to go outside n get it on the truck and see what she would do so i did. i started the truck up everything was kinda ok i guess. so i start flipping through the tunes to figure out which one was which i get to the quiet tune and it get a little quieter but makes the truck smoke n stink like raw fuel. Pisses me off. next i figured what the heck ill take it for a test drive so i do and to me it just feels weak like it has no throttle response untill its comimpletely hammered to the floor in like third gear if i put it to the floor in 6th gear it just boggs no smoke no nothing. as a matter of fact it doesnt smoke at all no matter what... so i figure well ill take it home n hook it to ae and see if it shows me something. well it says that i have a contribution balance fault on cylinders 1 3 and 7.. truck hasnt had injector in it too long at all theyre casserly 238/100s and iv also noticed when it starts up it smokes white in the mornings and stinks like raw fuel until its warm then it just stinks. whats wrong with this damn truck. im about ready to send it on down the line

the stealth mode tune will smoke white when cold..... us that tune only once warm. The throttle response should feel like stock until you put your foot into it. The throttle is strictly electronic, I can juice the pedal but it screws with trans pressurs and everything that makes my tunes so refined. Also make sure your MAP sensor is seeing proper boost or you won't get any fuel. Do you have a video of what it is doing? You also need at least 50 hard miles on your truck before the injectors will act right. If you have low compression you can have the issues you are seeing as well. 60-65psi of fuel pressure is where you should be at idle and maintaining at least 60 at WOT. And if you were looking for smoke, you won't find much with my tuning.

no no video and it just really seems lazy till u put it to the floor in all of the tunes then it kinda just goes all at once so to speak u cant just roll into it it kinda seems like all or nothin and with it being a manual n stage 3 injectors i would thing at 40 mph u put it to the floor it should do something besides jus fall on its face. and it never shows one puff of smoke in the all out tune no matter what. oh and i keep getting balance falt codes in 1 3 and 7 cylinders im just stumped

make sure your injectors are seated all the way on that bank go back to the basics.... how long have you had the injectors and were they purchased new?

are they there with the DP? If I accidently tuned for 200% nozzles you will have issues like you are experiencing. I also run the icp near 500 a idle, so if the injectors have any idle balance issues they may show up at that ICP compared to higher Idle pressures. does it feel smooth when cruising?

Ya everything seems smooth cruising it just seems weak at 45 in 6th gear I can put it to the floor n get nothing my Dp would get up and go on at that speed n I'm getting lucky to build 30 psi with it in all out tune
