Sump questions

I've got a TSD sump installed on my tank and running an airdog 2. My question is, are any of you running an inline filter after the sump to pick up any big particles in the fuel. With the sump I am obviously not using the factory pickup that has the strainer and that is what is bothering me. I know I can pick up an inline filter from any parts store super cheap. Thoughts?

I don't have a sump or after market pump no need with my set up yet. But for the piece of mind I would probally run a strainer for the "big chunks" as long as it doesn't affect flow too much. JMHO

If you look at the flow diagram on the page I post up you will see that the water separator on the Air Dog 2 is before the pump. That will catch any particles that you would get out of the tank. I would not add another filter to your system.

Yeah like said above. The filter in your airdog will catch anything there is. I have a Hellmann's sump and a FASS pump system. Those are the only filters i have on the truck...a 3 micron fuel filter and the water seperator.
