Suncoast issues.

I have a suncoast in my 6.4 and it slowly overtime has been starting to hesitate going into reverse. checked the fluid and it seems to be low but every time I try to add fluid it just sends it back out of the breather. other than the reverse hesitation it operates great. its never been overheated. I'm thinking the reverse hesitation could be a solenoid but not sure on the leaking. thanks for any input on solutions

solenoids? but would that cause it to push fluid out of the breather?
