I think you're being too critical about the paint. It looked pretty damn good when I passed you on Denton hwy a few months back. Without a doubt better than 95% of the rest of the 7.3s in the road.

Yeah you're probably right lol. I'm just a perfectionist when it comes to my truck

Trust me, I feel your pain. The previous owner of my truck was a fan of drive through car washes and narrow trails in the woods and I didn't see it until the day after I bought it. Then I learned how to polish paint so it could make it better.

What machine do you use to polish?

I started with the cheapo special from Harbor Freight. I think it was like $40. I got good results but it would damn near vibrate my arm off. Then I bought the Torq10 from chemical guys, and it really is nice and smooth and seems to do a good job. I came very close to getting the Rupes Bigfoot, but just couldn't justify it.

I got the rupes Bigfoot. I will say, it's worth every penny! But I detail quite a bit of vehicles so it was worth it.

Nice looking truck best color combo ford had. What year?

Thanks bud, it seems to be a rare color as well. I've only seen a handful on psa and google doesn't turn up much either. It's an 06 185k all stock besides a blue spring kit

Looks good. Would look good with big shiny exhaust and some chrome wheels🏼. Just my opinion. But congrats.

I agree, found one on Insta that color, dumped exhaust, 3.5" lift and 20x12s on 35s. More encouragement to get forces and add a 1" spacer

Honestly in my opinion, if I was going to spend that much money I'd get specialty forged. But that's so much dang money just for wheels.

Haha thanks bud. I'm torn as to what color scheme I want to go with.. Chrome looks super clean with this color but I've always been a black wheel guy. Been looking at some 20x12 mavericks
