Superchips 1705 for 7.3

It came with a truck I bought. I returned it to stock to unlock it. Tried to install in my van, it saved the stock file, and then said it needed to be updated and contact superchips. Superchips said they cant do anything except credit towards a new one.
So I think it is vin locked to my van and I can;t unlock it.

Had the same thing happen on mine when I went to put the 1700 (really old) that came with my 02 on the 03 I just bought. Then I remembered I had an extra TS chip in my desk along with a chip burner :doh:.
