Have you thought about nitto trail grapplers? I've got them on my 2wd 350 flatbed. They've never let me down in thick sand and nasty mud. Best aggressive tires I've ever owned. They're a little rough when accelerating from a stop but after that they're smooth. They put my old toyo mts to shame.
