I know typically they are built into the mount but for me doing it as a custom build it will be easier to just use a wastegated charger

I will be building my own. Much cheaper

If you have nothing to do with your time, then go for it. But in the end, you'll be saying that it would've been cheaper and easier just to purchase a kit. Trust me, I've been down this road.

Did you price out turbo flanges, 1/2" plate, stainless piping/fittings, bellows, welding supplies and other nick nacks.

I used to build my own race motors but now I drop the entire motor off at the machine shop and go on with my daily activities/work. Machinist calls me that the motor is done and I pick it up. Bolt on the headers/accessories and drop it in.

I race super pro believe me I know what your saying but I like to build my own things if it's feasible. I have the means of doing so on this project and am going to try it out. I'm not making the mount or up-pipes as I stated earlier. The only question I have now is what Turbo is being used in the fourth post on this thread

The drain or mounting kit?

Both mount and drain. I have found a few HX50's that were T4 but I can't really find any that are wastegated.

So what is it, you are building the mount, or you are not? The mount and the up-pipes for this setup are the same thing.

The turbo in the 4th post is a BW S366.

The mount that bolts to the intake valley. And the up-pipes into the T4 flange. I am buying that as a kit from Irate. I am just going to fabricate my own air to air piping and downpipe.
