Tail light turn signals are flashing backwards.

Hi, i have a weird problem, all of a sudden my tail light turn signals are flashing backwards. Front signals are in the right direction though. Any thoughts? Also when i hit the brake pedal backup lights go on as if i put it in reverse.
I appreciate any help.

No problem my 02 did it a while back, I just gave the harness a shake. Haven’t tore into it but it hasn’t done it since either, just added it to the list with everything else. lol

This could be my problem, someone asked the similar question in 2010. It could be what i have wrong with the harness on the 2008 bed on a 2005 f250.
