Why not a 10.5 rear so you wouldn't have to modify the pattern or better yet a dana 80?
I don't know what people are doin to solid axles where you're from, but I've yet to see any auto makers IFS stand up to half the stuff a solid axle shruggs off.
How did you go about doing that Jason? Got a parts list or is it a slew of machine work?
A buddy of mine down here in TN used 97 ford D60 outers on the SD front end he put under his wifes Fummins.
You go that route or do something different?
Nice! I actually prefer IFS, so much easier to work on and imo lasts just as long with a few upgraded parts.
Very interested in this. Are you going to be using the stock unit bearings or going to spindles?

Finished it over lunch, but I'm going to spoon feed you guys pictures over the next few weeks while I'm twiddling my thumbs.
This will still be trailer towing machine it was purchased to be.... more details later on that aspect of it.....
