Ticking after oil change

Alright so I took my 2011 f 250 In for an oil change and alignment yesterday! I took it to a ford dealership and when I got it back it has a very noticeable ticking sound coming from underneath the truck! Anybody have any idea on what it could be? I'm trying to figure it out so I can alleviate taking it back to that dealership! Ill never go back to that ford service center again! Hoping I can fix it myself! Thanks

Apparently it's normal but I have 33,000 miles on mine doesn't seem right to me

I'm at 85k. Bought truck at 75. Changed oil immediately to T6 5-40. Ticked until my next oil change (every 5k miles). Went to T5 10-30 and ticking has severely subsided. I'm due for another change, will try 10-30 again, if ticking doesn't completely stop I'm going back to 5-40. This is using motorcraft filters
