I dunno, everything t the rails are new. Injectors gone thru by Holders, new dummy tubes, stand pipes, oil cooler, pump, ipr, factory filter, blah blah blah. Dont really know how much nozzle size affects icp, as that is fuel side, not oil. It only doesnt hold hot in a race tune as well.
Well...my truck was broken into the other day sitting out in front of my office.
They punched out the passenger door lock.
Boost gauge and CTS were on a pillar pod. Both are gone as well as the pillar pod. My trailer brake controller, PHP FICM tuner and my SCT were stolen as well. Left my stereo and sub alone.
Looks like I get to make a healthy insurance claim and start ordering parts again.
My question now is how would I go about getting a stock tune file back for my truck. Isn't stored on the SCT device?
Unless the base strategy that you initially had was the most up-to-date one that you're going to get back from Ford, you may need to have the tunes re-written....best bet on that would be to contact your tuner and ask.
That was my plan. They took my SCT, which was an SF3. Figured this go round I might as well step up to the X4. Kind of figured they'd need to be rewritten for the that.
When I replace my CTS I'm thinking that I'd like to try the CS2 because it's a little smaller in size. And I really only monitor Coolant, Oil, Trans and EGT with it. Anyone have any thoughts or reviews?
