Took it for a spin this morning after finishing it up. Well it builds boost at 15-1600 rpm, no trouble spooling at all. No smoke daily driving, and a haze under heavy throttle even with the huge nozzles, theyre definitely helping this thing build quicker. Still need to tweak the tuning but it is a freakin animal. That is all.

Break stands 5 psi at 1600 rpm, vids to come

Well after work I got to wrenching. Its pretty much done, just need to finish it up, the BD drain tube ended up not fitting right, Im having my buddy cut it and weld it to shorten it up a little. It will be running tomorrow, just waiting on some tunes and we should be good to go.

Here are a few pics

So what did you guys end up doing about the BD drain line then? Did you just cut a section out and put a length of rubber hose and a couple clamps in between?

I collectively cut about an inch and a half in two sections and my buddy welded it back together. Easy stuff

About time greg, that setup has 600+ whp in it for sure. 700+ with baby jets. Matt did a nice job on the divided up pipes as well, I am sure that helps with the spool. Cant wait for vids!

Thanks buddy! She moves and its got PLENTY of fuel left. Im loading some vids now and it runs very clean, and with this tune right now its already noticeably faster than my race tune 190's /03 turbo combo.

Awesome to hear...

Thanks Mike!

does your turbo have the batmo wheel in it

No sir, cast wheel, I may dabble with a billet wheel, but its not likely.

Some vids loading....

wow thats really clean! i was on the fence about getting 190s and a 64mm non vgt turbo but was scared it would be hard to clean up, was thinking about going with either rcds 64mm or II super phat shaft 64 or the silver bullet 64, im still undecided on it though and still asking around and learning, would like to hear your thoughts
