Just a follow up:

I did have to pull the turbo. I disconnected all of the wiring and laid it to the drivers side. Unhooked fuel lines. Unhooked head end of HPOP lines. Removed and plugged holes for HPOP line 90* fittings from head. Plenums came off with no effort. Seems like the grey RTV is turning back into liquid? Cleaned it all up, sealed with new grey. Looked like an opportunity to me so put 1.0 housing back on and added WW2. Keeping dirt out of fuel and HPOP lines and fittings was a big issue for me. Back together and for a short run (Plane ride back to Montana the next day) Boost is up, EGT down. More testing to go.
Now that I'm 1200 miles away, wife says it feels like it's skipping........hopefully it is a injector plug not seated good or maybe coincidence. Something else to worry about till I get home again!

Good point, the only thing worrying me is that there was a faint burnt electrical smell I could never pin down while working on the truck. I pulled the oil filler cap and didn't notice any odor increase in there. If I had more time I might have pulled the Valve Covers while I was home, but it was running good and no codes so I let it be.
