So the fork has 2 holes for bolts... That has a long handle I can wedge or hold wilt I turn the fan nut. You can also back a couple bolts out, get a couple wire type clothes hangers and loop them tights around the bolts then tie them off to a fixed location... This will hold the pulley in place..
