Tow mirrors Help & advice

Well I am wanting to replace my stock mirrors, but here in Australia they are very hard to find & about $1000 upwards.So am looking to the States to get them.
I am looking at these

My questions are, where do you guy's get them from
Any one used these, if so, what is the quality & fit like
Any vendors on here sell them?
Suggestions as to where I can get them

Damn and the lights in the 08 mirrors say made in australia ford. Must be they don't make the rest. I've known a few people that got the ebay tow mirrors and not had an issue. I don't know how many companies make them but the ones my friends have bought were Kool view or Kleer view brand,I can't remember. The motors in them are still working fine and no complaints on them.
