So who has ran the RCD 72mm turbo? My installer seems very leary on installing any oem charger with a bigger wheel in it. Another local reputable diesel shop gave him horror stories of having issues with them. It's already got tuning, dpf and doc delete, cac pipe, and an intake. It's getting a 4" downpipe, head studs, egr delete with elbow, new intercooler boots and clamps as mine are nearly shot plus fixing a leaking exhaust manifold. I just don't really want to put new stock chargers back on

I've ran the 58/71 and now have the 59/76.7 stock chargers. No issues

We have installed them on a customers truck, they run great! We had no issues with them at all! They should work very well with your setup! River City may chime in on this also...

What kind of egt and ebp do you have at wot. Are you on stock fuel? I'd like to put one of those on in the near future but I'll need studs and tranny

You wont depending on how you drive the truck. These turbos make a fantastic tow set up on a 200hp tune. I pulled my fifth wheel through the mountains and never broke 1100deg pulling some pretty nasty hills.
