Not trying to derail from the op here, but what about 175/30 with a stage 1.5 and a good tow file? Truck tows 8-12k a couple days a week through the summer mths. Or would something like a 155/30 be more favorable?

a while back, I towed a 7500lb toy hauler on a "break in tune" at the time i was running 275/100s and a small frame 71mm non VGT, and EGTs stay in check and it towed well.

IDK, if the cam,ported intake ect had anything to do with the EGT's staying to the good or not.

FWIW, my old turbo/injector set up cruized at 600* @60mph unloaded, and my current set up does the same thing.
