That is pretty small pipe. Are you going to add any metal between them? Plate or some more tubes?

Why do you say this is small pipe? Most rock buggys are built from 1.5" or 1.75" tubing same with most internal and exo cages.

1.75" .120 wall is small. Most rock buggies don't weigh 6500+ and if they do I hope they aren't using 1.75" .120 wall unless it is chromoly. Couple the weight of our trucks with the amount of torque they make and .120 wall quickly becomes inadequate. If it works for you more power to you.

Well since a lot of guys online I see are building there traction bars out of sch40 pipe I'm fairly confident I won't have any problems. Maybe you know something I don't but lot of koh buggies I have seen use 1.75" .120 wall and driving a powerstroke I'm not worried much about torque.

With lift springs it doesn't move much, its also the style bushing 90% of companies traction bars use unless you do a double axle mount with a shackle mount to your frame.

Who makes traction bars for OBS trucks?

On past obs trucks I have had them from rancho, tuff country and pro comp, since most traction bars bolt to your axle and frame they can be fairly universal to most trucks

I see you mentioned you have a lift but when you get them installed you might want to compress the springs the full amount you would expect to ever see to make sure they won't hit. That h style bar makes for a very tall profile.

Looks good though!

With both tanks full and my 110gal bulk tank full my 3" tuff country springs move about 4", no where near the travel the 4 link on my crawler has but doesn't really need it.

I have L&L on my obs. They aren't bad. Not the best looking but they do the job well.
