Well...first it was just a curiosity question. Second I never mentioned any other vendor in this thread. Third...they're phucking box bolts I can order by the tens of thousands tomorrow if I wanted to. There's nothing proprietary about them AT ALL. They're a construction fastener that's been around for years.
I also complimented them as a solid product.
Get over yourself man...not everyone has an agenda.

It took me about 45 minutes to type out my response between multiple customer calls and running a shop.

I don't check back to see the updates before I finish my post, so thanks for the compliment to the part.

And no, I made the comment of association, because it's 100% true. Lots of questions have been asked over the years, and every one of us will answer as such.

It's just protective business tactics, so really, no need to "get over myself". Were you a neutral party, my answer would have been a little different. There's really nothing more to it than that.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but as someone who publicly supports the vendor that causes the most conflict and controversy against our company as a whole, I'm really not interested in sharing our proprietary parts that could end up re purposed in other ways.

Haha, that's like saying, "Since you like Donald Trump and I don't, you're a racist and a bigot and I don't care what you think." Lol

Let's be honest, you went there... He didn't.

Actually it's not. We've gone rounds before on product vs product.

For someone who pimps a competitors product non stop and then, when we get into a discussion twice about why our product is better, insults one of my customers, and then gets proven wrong but can't even acknowledge it, decided to ask about my product, I'm good.

It's all business, just like you'll always see me talk about why my product is better, but not why the competition is inferior, subpar performance, or default in functionality.

I'll gladly spend HOURS with any actual customer of mine, or even helping customers of the competition, with no malice.

But any time my company is brought up, pushing to another vendor, and never having ran my product but knowing what they have is just as good. I'm good on that.

On that note, I'm really done commenting on anything more than than pure information for end users.

I am actually traveling right now for my sisters wedding

My direct line for OUO is 503-780-3818.

I will be phone accessible on Tuesday through Thursday next week while I am visiting our facility out west for some R&D

Where is this facility out west? Arizona?

I just got done installing bars a few months ago. Seemed like a quality product when I installed it. There was an ordering error and another problem w/ the titan tank that required replacement parts, but once we got all the right stuff here install was a breeze.

Got the install done right before going away for the weekend towing a 34' bumper pull toyhauler. Normally the gross is somewhere around 25klbs. Starting, stopping, etc all easy for the SD, but wind does get pushy. The bars helped immensely. I've done airbags too and the bars made more of a difference than bags.

I also don't get the chatter taking off in loose sand like I did w/o the bars.

Hammering my truck is not really my style, but on those occasions where I let the truetrac have some fun and my tires cry..., stability, hop, the feeling of being planted, everything, much better.

Overall, very happy with the product and I agree with the one post that this should come on the truck stock. Or at the very least a factory option. The difference is huge.

Also, those of you who are pulling...

My buddies who convince me to go out for workstock when the sled pull events are here say I MUST get the rear housing welded. Only 4 little spot welds hold the pumpkin on the housing shafts, they shear and all hell breaks loose.

Happened to his 7.3

This still a problem with the more modern trucks?
