Transmission HELP!

I have a 05 6.0 with some go fast stuff and 8 inch lift and 38s. When I was coming home last night I was getting a slight pause from second gear to third. Driving normally the rpms hop about 300 and then it shifts to third. I've heard anywhere from a clutch plate to I need a built tranny. Any info and advice on this and money wise would be appreciated. Thanks

2005 F250 6.0 powerstroke, 6 speed manual, egr delete, arp head studs, new oil cooler, aftermarket coolant filter, custom intake, 4" down pipe into dual 6" stacks, 8" lift, TSD super panty dropper tune.

I've been slipping for 5k+ miles. Sometimes it totally loses a gear. Still gets launched everyday and floored 10+ times and loves it. Lol

Isn't your tranny a bit stronger stock then mine is

I'm not really sure. I would imagine since the truck makes more power. Mine has held well. 127k miles, all of them tuned on Spartans 275 tune and I drive this slut like I stole it, and she loves it.

Its a river city diesel custom tune. Tune ran fine the tranny just startered doing it the other night. I think it's obvious slip
