Truck died, no restart, cant read codes?

Just a standard TS style with canned tunes. Maybe its time for custom tunes anyway.

Send the chip back to TS and ask them to take a look at it. From my experience they stand behind their product.
I bought my truck with a chip installed. It started giving me issues, so I sent it back to them to see exactly what was wrong. A week later I got a new chip in the mail, no charge. Pretty impressive being they had never seen a penny from me personally.
