i already have the snap on ball joint press. I have a lot if fords...:fustrate:
Is there a specific adaptor just for this? I bought every adapter available about three years ago

I don't think there is a special one for it, just most presses are hard to get straight on the joint, and don't seem to be quite long enough. The snap on goes right in. The only special adapter I ordered extra was bjp1-25a

My snap on balljoint press case is completely full plus three other adaptors that don't fit in it. The only combination I had that would work the press was too short to work with. I had to cut the stud off the ball joint to press it out. Pressing the new one in was no problem.

Its fine as of now. Going to see how long the next one last. I have been fighting tire vibration issues for a while now which I think lead to the joint wearing out so fast. Finally gave up and put new tires on the truck yesterday. Between the track bar joint and new tires its like driving a new truck.

Glad you got it, I am not usually the one doing fronted work at the shop but have to all along. That was the problem with our old press, we had to cut the stud then press it out. Also it was really hard to keep it lined up straight. I used the new snap on to press one in but I personally didn't take the old one out, so Im not 100% sure if they had to cut it or not. I hope it fits without cutting, that's the whole reason I ordered it.

Carli adjustable track bar is $345, get rid of the crap stocker.

The Carli trac bar still uses the stock trac bar lower joint. I have it already. I'd like to get the OUO joint but it seems like they are like Bigfoot. Only catch a glimpse of one ever now and then.

Well that was short lived. Starting to drive like crap already. Going to play with the caster angle some and see what helps and what hurts. I am also starting to get a shudder from the rear under hard pulls. Thinking a bad u joint.

Neat idea, $735 though. But I guess if you add a track bar plus an OUO joint you are right there already.

Yeah but that bottom mount is a double shear. Prob less likely to snap like the ouo have been. Can't get an ouo until 2017 anyways.
