Did that as well. Both sides turn freely and are in auto. I even manually locked the right side to see what it would do. Didn't do anything. I didn't get a chance to look at the rear axle or the steering box today due to weather.

Just looked up a steering gear online. Ford wants $1000.

I'll need to put some stuff back on before I take it in but that is the way I am leaning. They may tell me that the leveling kit and 35's void the warranty.

Looks like it is the left wheel bearing. No play when moving the tire back and forth but I can move the u-joint all over. Thinking about the Dynatrac or Solid Axle hub kits instead of throwing $500 at Ford since they consider the unit bearing a normal wear item regardless of mileage.

Tell 'em to fix it. If they bitch take it to a different dealer. If its a radio knob and its bumper to bumper they have to fix it.

It does have a/m wheels and tires on it though they might get whiny about that

Does it pull with the stock wheels and tires on?

Yes. I put the stockers on last week. Does the same thing. They were actually pretty good about the leveling kit and tires/wheels. The service writer and tech both have lifted trucks.

Here are the values that I can get off of the most recent alignment sheet:

Front Left: Front Right Spec
-0.28 Camber 0.03 -0.60 to 0.90
1.62 Caster 2.08 2.30 to 4.70
0.03 Toe 0.04 -0.08 to 0.18

Front Spec
Cross Camber -0.31 -0.75 to 0.75
Cross Caster -0.47 -0.55 to 0.55
Total Toe 0.07 -0.15 to 0.35

Left Rear Right Rear Spec
-0.32 Camber -0.26 None listed
-0.08 Toe 0.05 None listed

Rear Spec
Cross Camber -0.08 None listed
Total Toe -0.02 None listed
Thrust Angle -0.06 -0.50 to 0.50

Adjustment shims were added after installing the leveling kit PN 23268 and 23269. No issues after installing leveling kit. Pull developed over a year later.

On a separate note, Reductant Pump and EGR valve were fixed under warranty today.
